Why Inspect?

No house is perfect, not even a brand- new one. I’ve inspected hundreds of homes and have yet to see one in a flawless condition. This doesn’t mean that you won’t find the house of your dreams.

It does mean that when you find a house that’s just what you want, you should go one step further and find out what problems or potential problems exist in it. Problems can be the result of deficiencies in construction, deterioration due to aging, or safety and fire hazards.

Very often the problems are quite minor and can be corrected at little or no cost. However, at times there are major problems that are quite costly to correct. It’s very important to know the house’s true condition so that you can determine the true cost of buying it.

Don’t walk away from a house just because there are major problems, you may be getting a good buy, since every house has its market value. The true cost of buying a house is it’s purchase price plus the cost for upgrading substandard deteriorated, or malfunctioning components.

When it is time to take the big step and buy that new home you have dreamed of,

be sure to call Inspect all company to inspect and protect your investment.
